Notice of Adoption - Site Specific DCP – Macarthur Grange

Council at its meeting held on Tuesday 11 March 2025 adopted a Site-Specific development control plan for Macarthur Grange, that will become Part 19 of Volume 2 of the Campbelltown (Sustainable City) Development Control Plan.

The Plan will come into effect on the same date as the date of gazettal of the amendments to the Campbelltown Local Environmental Plan (CLEP) 2015 (relating to Macarthur Grange Planning Proposal), in accordance with Section 14 (2) of the Environmental Planning and Assessment Regulation 2021.
