Notice of Adoption

Council at its meeting held on Tuesday 12 September 2023 adopted a Site Specific DCP for Ingleburn CBD that will become Part 17 of Volume 2 of the Campbelltown (Sustainable City) Development Control Plan (DCP).

The Plan will come into effect on the same date as the date of gazettal of the amendments to the Campbelltown Local Environmental Plan (CLEP) 2015 (relating to Ingleburn CBD Planning Proposal), in accordance with Section 14 (2) of the Environmental Planning and Assessment Regulation 2021.
