UPDATE - December 2023

Ingleburn CBD - Planning Proposal and Site Specific DCP

On Thursday, 14 December 2023, the amendment to the Campbelltown Local Environmental Plan 2015 for the Ingleburn CBD Planning Proposal (PP) was officially made and Specific Development Control Plan for Ingleburn CBD (Part 17 of Volume 2 of the Campbelltown (Sustainable City) Development Control Plan) commenced.

The completion of the PP marks a long-awaited milestone for Ingleburn CBD. This amendment permits higher residential densities within walking distance from Ingleburn railway station, fostering an increased population within the centre. This, in turn, contributes to the economic viability of the area and brings to fruition the urban village aspirations for Ingleburn.
