Consultation has concluded
Council at its meeting on 8 March 2022, resolved to exhibit Draft Amendment No 13 to the Campbelltown (Sustainable City) Development Control Plan 2015 (the SCDCP) in accordance with the provisions of the Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979 and the related regulation.
The Draft Amendment proposes a number of amendments to Volume 1 – ‘Development controls for all types of development’ of the SCDCP by introducing new provisions for residential flat buildings, mixed-use and commercial developments, boarding houses, secondary dwellings, childcare centres, car parking calculations for residential dwellings and adjoining neighbour’s rights when constructing retaining walls on a common boundary.

How to make a submission
Submissions are to be made in the following manner by Friday 6 May 2022.
Postal submissions addressed to the General Manager, Campbelltown City Council, PO Box 57, Campbelltown NSW 2560. Postal submissions should include the reference – Draft Amendment No 13 to Campbelltown (Sustainable City) Development Control Plan 2015.
