Predestraisation of Queen Street

Pedestrainising Queen Street is the way forward. While this is a really good direction, fully predestrainising the area between Cordeaux and Drumaresq street is something that will inevitably have to happen. The council have stated in various documents that the CBD should be people focused and not car-prioritised however this is a really good start!

I wish I could have selected all options regarding what should be added on top of the parking spots since anything is better than what we currently have. I hope greenery means more established trees meaning more shade, more public art would be great (Coogan Place is a great example) and more sitting/dining areas for people to comfortably eat out. Anzac Lane is heavy underutilised, could be great to have festival stalls with lights above as well as having more public art.
