We encourage you to register to connect with us and share your ideas.
Campbelltown City Council wishes to acknowledge Dharawal people who walked in harmony with this land, treading lightly and paying respect to the Elders who went before them. They welcomed people from many nations to gather and enjoy the sustenance of their fertile land, the land between two rivers. We acknowledge the Dharawal people, the traditional custodians of this land.

Why is Camden council building a public athletics track and our walking paths aren't even lit? C'mon, its 2021, surely we can get solar lights on the walking paths. In times like this more and more families are going for walks, but as soon as the sun goes down it can begin to feel unsafe on the unlit paths. While I'm asking questions, why isn't out athletics track open to the public?

Hi there, great news, today we have turned the lights on for the community.
In regard to the athletics track, the public are able to make private bookings, or through Athletics clubs, this ensures that there is adequate training space for those who have booked. The Athletics track is currently closed during restrictions, and we look forwar to reopening it after they end, or as they ease.
