Consultation has concluded

We are seeking expressions of interest from restaurants and eateries located within the Queen Street precinct to participate in our Winter Nights On Q program by offering a meal special each Friday evening during June 2021.

We are also seeking expressions of interest from local dessert mobile food trucks serving hot desserts to pop up on the street each Friday in June.

Activation Details

Friday 04 June 2021 / 4.00pm - 9.00pm

Friday 11 June 2021 / 4.00pm - 9.00pm

Friday 18 June 2021 / 4.00pm - 9.00pm

Friday 25 June 2021 / 4.00pm - 9.00pm

The activation will include:

  • Outdoor heating alongside our new seating and public spaces on Queen Street
  • Live music from local Macarthur musicians
  • Fairy lights/ pop up winter decor
  • Meal specials

This activation is part of our On Q project which is proudly funded by the NSW Government’s Streets as Shared Spaces Program.

How to get involved

Please read the below terms and conditions of the application and fill in all required fields in the expression of interest form below. The last date to submit meal specials will be Monday June 21 ahead of the final activation on Friday June 25.

Expression of Interest Terms & Conditions

To participate and have your meal special or mobile dessert trucked included, the below terms and conditions apply:

Meal specials

  • Your business must be classified as a restaurant, café or business with the primary purpose of providing a food service
  • Your business must be located within the Queen Street precinct ( between Broughton and Allman Street, Campbelltown)
  • Your business must be open between the hours of 4.00pm and 9.00pm on Friday evenings
  • You must be willing to offer a meal special (can include meal and drink) during the allocated time and dates (each Friday night in June)
  • Your nominated meal special must be within one of the below categories and be equal to the costs below:
    1. Special for one person: $10.00 total
    2. Special for two people: $20.00 total
    3. Special for families: $35.00 total
  • Your meal special must be a special offer for this occasion only and not usually available
  • You must consent to having signage outside your business to advertise your special on the night/s (signage will be provided by Campbelltown City Council)
  • You must consent to Campbelltown City Council promoting the special online and in print via our website, social media and printed communications.

Dessert trucks

If selected for one of the dates:

  • Your business must be registered with Campbelltown City Council/willing to provide necessary documentation and go through approval processes
  • Your business must reside within Campbelltown local government area
  • You must have hot dessert options to align with the Winter Night themes
  • You must consent to operating independently between the hours of 5pm-9pm
  • You must consent to Campbelltown City Council promoting your presence online and in print via our website, social media and printed communications.
