Twilight Workshops on Q

Join us on Q on the first Thursday of each month for twilight activities.

Our twilight workshops take place at the newly rejuvenated Lithgow Street Mall (Cnr Lithgow Street and Queen St).

Each workshop is designed to introduce participants to the fantastic 'On Q' space whilst unwinding after work and learning a fun new skill!

June 2021 Workshop:

Ceramics and Floristry Workshop

Thursday 3 June 2021 | 5.30pm-7.30pm

Unwind after work with a free Reconciliation Week ceramic and floristry workshop inspired by artist Natalie Valiente and the Elders Ceramic group. Through simple step-by-step instructions and a good old fashion yarn, you will learn to create and decorate your own air dry clay vessels and flower bouquets inspired by experience, place and the people that have shaped you. This workshop is for adults. Children may attend only when accompanied by a caregiver.

March 2021 Workshop:

Macrame Workshop

Thursday 4 March 2021 | 5.30pm - 7.00pm and 7.30pm - 9.00pm

Knot sure how to create your own Macrame wall hanging? Then join us for this exciting workshop where you will learn the steps to create a gorgeous beginners wall hanging for your home. All equipment and guidance provided.

Alcohol Ink Design Workshop

Thursday 4 February 2021 | 5.30pm - 7.00pm

Are you interested in finding out how to create beautiful artworks with the use of alcohol inks? Participants will be provided with all the materials they require, along with expert advice, to create 3 stunning artworks to take home.
