Competition Terms & Conditions

    1. Entries to the Share the Local Love competition must be submitted by posting ‘an idea’ on the Share The Local Love page on Over To You.
    2. To be eligible, an entry must include a photo of the business (photo can include business premise, product or service offering), some wording as to why the particular business was chosen, and must mention the name of the business.
    3. Entries that are submitted through other methods, including social media channels or emails, will not be accepted.
    4. Entries will only be accepted between Friday 1 October and Sunday 31 October 2021. Unfortunately entries submitted after the competition closing date will not be considered.
    5. Only one entry per week is permitted by any one person or business. Multiple entries per week from the same person will not be accepted to ensure equal chances for all participants.
    6. Participants can submit one entry per week for each of the four weeks of October.
    7. Entries will go into a random draw each week, and two winners will be selected at random each week to win a $100 gift card to spend at a local business of their choice.
    8. Prizes will be awarded under the name provided when submitting your entry.
    9. Winners of the prizes will be announced at the end of each week, and will be contacted upon completion of the campaign on 31 October to arrange for prize allocation.
    10. Entrants must be living in or operating a registered business within the Campbelltown Local Government Area only.
    11. Council is not responsible for any incidents that may take place as a result of or in conjunction with this competition and personal, property and environmental safety is the responsibility of the entrants. This includes following the NSW Government's current COVID19 restrictions.
    12. Entries must not include imagery containing material that could be deemed as inappropriate, offensive or considered not relevant to the campaign. This includes but is not limited to language or imagery that is offensive, political in nature, discriminatory or otherwise considered inappropriate. Council reserves the right to use their discretion when determining any material ineligible under these terms.
    13. By entering this competition participants consent to their posts being shared on Council's social media, website and other promotional materials.
    14. Council staff are not eligible to win the gift vouchers, however can participate in this campaign.
    15. All decisions made regarding winners are final.
