What's happened
For more than 18 months, we tested ideas to revitalise Queen Street with you to assess ways to activate and enhance our city centre’s high street.
Our engagement program - know as On Q took place between December 2020 through to April 2022. During this time we made temporary improvements to public space by making streets and public spaces more pedestrian friendly, and ran a program of large and small events to activate the space.
We’ve encouraged the community to experience the space and provide feedback on tangible changes to the street.
You can read the On Q - Community Engagement insights report by clicking here. It can also be found on the right side of this page.
