Consultation has concluded
We are publicly exhibiting two site specific amendments to the Campbelltown (Sustainable City) Development Control Plan, Volume 2 for land within the Greater Macarthur Growth Area.
The objectives of the proposed amendments, in part, is to update the current controls to facilitate development that would occur as part of future development applications within Mt Gilead and Menangle Park Urban Release Areas. The development controls include environmental constraints, subdivision requirements and residential dwelling controls.
The amendments will be on public exhibition from Monday 2 August 2021 until Monday 30 August 2021.
