Public Exhibition of Draft Amendment to the Campbelltown (Sustainable City) Development Control Plan 2015 (CSCDCP) to add site-specific development controls for Macarthur Gardens North
At its meeting on 9 May 2023, Council resolved to exhibit an amendment to the Campbelltown (Sustainable City) Development Control Plan 2015 (CSCDCP), involving the addition of Part 16 to Volume 2 of the CSCDCP. This new Part of the CSCDCP relates to the Macarthur Gardens North precinct, which is located on the northern side of Macarthur train station.
The draft Development Control Plan will be on public exhibition and available to view from Thursday 8 June 2023 until Thursday 6 July 2023 at the following locations:
- During business hours at Council's administration centre at 91 Queen Street, Campbelltown
- Under the documents section on the right hand side of this page.
- Forward your submission in writing addressed to the General Manager, Campbelltown City Council, PO Box 57, Campbelltown NSW 2560, quoting reference to the Draft Amendment (addition of Part 16 to Volume 2) to the Campbelltown (Sustainable City) Development Control Plan 2015 (CSCDCP).
