Proposal to Re-establish the South Area Alcohol Free Zones
Council at its meeting 9 September 2025 resolved to commence the process outlined in the Local Government Act 1993 to re-establish the following Alcohol-Free Zones for a period of four years from 25 December 2025:
- Airds
- Ambarvale
- Bradbury
- Campbelltown East 1
- Campbelltown East 2
- Campbelltown CBD - North
- Campbelltown CBD - South
- Glen Alpine
- Leumeah
- Menangle Park
- Rosemeadow 1
- Rosemeadow 2
- Ruse
- St Helens Park 1
- St Helens Park 2
Submissions are invited in response to Council’s intention to re-establish the above-mentioned zones, from any person or group and will be received up until 4:30pm, 8 October 2025.
