Consultation has concluded
In accordance with Section 47 of the Local Government Act 1993 Campbelltown City Council proposes to enter into a Licence Agreement over community land known as Lots 101 and 102 in DP 789883, which is the Minto Indoor Sports Centre, Redfern Road Minto.
The proposed Licence Agreement is to be between Campbelltown City Council and NSW Basketball Association Limited for a period of 5 years.
The purpose for which the land will be used is for sporting and associated activities including the operation of a canteen/café within the sports centre.

Public submissions concerning the proposal may be made to Council in writing by 4.30pm Wednesday 15 February 2023. Submissions should be addressed to the General Manager, Campbelltown City Council, PO Box 57, Campbelltown NSW 2560.
