Public Exhibition Planning Proposal - Clause 7.30 - Refining Permissible Land Use Conditions
Council invites comments on a Planning Proposal (PP-2025-292) relating to the following Council-owned community halls:
- Ambarvale Community Hall (Lot 105 DP 746003)
- Kearns Community Hall (Lot 21 DP 840864)
- St Helens Park Community Hall (Lot 7302 DP 1018242,)
- Woodbine Neighbourhood Centre (Lot 12 DP 748537,)
The primary objective of the Planning Proposal is to amend the Campbelltown Local Environmental Plan 2015 by removing the floor space restriction that currently limits the size of a place of public worship to 160m2 at these 4 halls.
Campbelltown City Council has been assigned the role of Local Plan – Making Authority in finalising the relevant amendment to Campbelltown Local Environmental Plan, 2015.

The Planning Proposal will be on public exhibition and available to view from 22 July, 2025 to 20 August, 2025 at the following locations:
