Consultation has concluded

Council is seeking public comment on a Planning Proposal and associated documents for 158 Queen Street, Campbelltown.

The primary objective of the Planning Proposal is to amend the Campbelltown Local Environmental Plan (LEP) 2015 by removing Lot 5 DP 1167855 from “Area 3” listed in the Clause Application Map.

In relation to this Planning Proposal, Council has been authorised to act as the local plan-making authority.

The Planning Proposal and supporting documentation will be on public exhibition and available to view from Thursday 8 September until Wednesday 21 September 2022 at the following locations:

  • During business hours at Council’s Administration Centre at 91 Queen Street, Campbelltown.
  • Under the documents tab on the right hand side of this page
  • NSW Planning Portal by typing ‘PP-2022-2243’ into the search bar at the following link: https://www.planningportal.nsw.gov.au/ppr
