Council invites comments on a Planning Proposal (PP-2023-2652) and associated studies, which applies to 13-17 Eagleview Road, Minto (Lot 7 DP 39165).

The primary objective of the Planning Proposal is to amend the Campbelltown Local Environmental Plan 2015 (CLEP 2015) to include ‘a place of public worship’ as an additional permitted use under Schedule 1 of the CLEP 2015.

Council has been assigned the role of Local Plan – Making Authority in finalising the relevant amendment to Campbelltown Local Environmental Plan, 2015.

The Planning Proposal, and supporting documentation will be on public exhibition and available to view from Monday, 5 May 2025 to Wednesday, 18 June 2025 at the following locations:

There are several ways to make a submission:

Public exhibition commences on Monday, 5 May 2025 and submissions will be accepted until Wednesday, 18 June 2025.

All submissions are public documents and will be considered in a final report to Council.
