Public Exhibition - Glenfield West DCP

Glenfield West is a major urban development site within the Campbelltown Local Government Area, located immediately west of Glenfield Railway Station.

Campbelltown City Council is publicly exhibiting a draft site-specific Development Control Plan (DCP) for the Glenfield West Precinct. The draft DCP has been prepared by Council to support the Glenfield West Planning Proposal, which was lodged by Landcom and is currently being assessed by the Department of Planning, Housing and Infrastructure (DPHI).

The draft DCP establishes planning guidelines and development controls to support the orderly and sustainable development of the precinct in accordance with the associated Planning Proposal, which seeks to facilitate approximately 5,200 dwellings, including affordable housing, within a well-connected neighbourhood, supported by appropriate infrastructure, services and amenities.

The Draft Glenfield West DCP is on public exhibition and available to view from Wednesday 24 June to Friday 24 July 2026 at the following locations:

• Council’s Administration Building at 91 Queen Street, Campbelltown
• HJ Daley Library at 147-157 Queen St, Campbelltown
• On this website - under ‘Documents’ tab on the right-hand side.

You are invited to review the draft DCP and provide feedback by making a submission via one of the following methods:
