Notice of Adoption - Site Specific DCP – 80 O’Sullivan Road, Leumeah

Council at its meeting held on Tuesday 13 August 2024 adopted a Site Specific development control plan for 80 O’Sullivan Road, Leumeah that will become Part 18 of Volume 2 of the Campbelltown (Sustainable City) Development Control Plan.

The Plan will come into effect on the same date as the date of gazettal of the amendments to the Campbelltown Local Environmental Plan (CLEP) 2015 (relating to 80 O’Sullivan Road, Leumeah Planning Proposal), in accordance with Section 14 (2) of the Environmental Planning and Assessment Regulation 2021.
