At its meeting on 11 August 2026, Council resolved to publicly exhibit the proposed amendments to the site-specific Development Control Plan (DCP) for Figtree Hill - a master-planned community of approximately 1,700 dwellings located on Appin Road, Gilead.
Public Exhibition
The public exhibition period is from Monday 7 September 2026 to Wednesday 7 October 2026.
The draft amendments to the Figtree Hill DCP include updates to the environmental, subdivision and dwelling design controls applying to Figtree Hill.
The community and interested stakeholders are invited to review the draft amendments and provide feedback during the public exhibition period.
