Consultation has concluded

Public Exhibition of Draft Amendment No. 20 - Part 17 (Boarding Houses) of the Campbelltown (Sustainable City) Development Control Plan 2015 (CSCDCP)

At its meeting on 14 February 2023, Council resolved to exhibit amendment No. 20 - Part 17 (Boarding Houses) of the Campbelltown (Sustainable City) Development Control Plan 2015 (CSCDCP) so it aligns with the revised requirements specified in the State Environmental Planning Policy (Housing) 2021 (Housing SEPP).

It is also proposed to amend part 17 of the CSCDCP by introducing new ‘Co-Living Housing’ provisions which will also align with the same requirements specified under the Housing SEPP for these types of land uses.

Once adopted, the draft DCP amendment will then be included as amendment No. 20 - Part 17 (Boarding House and Co-Living Housing), as contained in Volume 1 of the CSCDCP.

The draft DCP and supporting documentation will be on public exhibition and available to view from Wednesday 1 March 2023 until Friday 31 March 2023 at the following locations:
