Notice of Adoption – Amended Site Specific DCP –PART 8A Menangle Park

Council at its meeting held on Tuesday 13 August 2024 adopted an amended Site Specific DCP for Menangle Park that will update the existing Part 8A of Volume 2 of the Campbelltown (Sustainable City) Development Control Plan (DCP).

The amended Plan will come into effect on 2 September 2024, in accordance with Section 14 (2) of the Environmental Planning and Assessment Regulation 2021.
