Public Exhibition Planning Proposal – Additional Permitted Use at Campbelltown Stadium

Campbelltown City Council invites comments on a Planning Proposal (PP-2026-1394) to amend the Campbelltown Local Environmental Plan 2015 (CLEP 2015).

The proposal seeks to enable an educational establishment with development consent on part of the Campbelltown Stadium and athletics centre site at Leumeah zoned RE1 Public Recreation zone as part of the proposed future use of part of the site as a centre of excellence.

The Planning Proposal will be on public exhibition and available to view from 10 September 2026 until 9 October 2026 at the following locations:
