We want to get your feedback on proposed road names approved by Council for areas in Rosemeadow and Ingleburn.
Rosemeadow
Two roads are being created in the suburb of Rosemeadow as part of the Rosemeadow Stage 3 development at the intersection of Copperfield Drive and Julius Road.
The chosen names are in keeping with the already established theme of the local area naming roads after characters from Shakespeare’s plays.
Road 1: Cassio Way – From “Othello”, Othello’s loyal captain.
Road 2: Violenta Way – From “All’s Well That Ends Well”, neighbour and friend of the Widow Capilet.
Ingleburn
New roads will be created within new housing estate of ‘Oxford Gardens’ in the suburb of Ingleburn at the intersection of Oxford and Bensley Roads.
The proposed road names listed below are derived from the names of towns and villages within Oxfordshire, UK. This is in keeping with the name of the new estate and the adjacent primary road.

Clattercote
Claydon
Didcot
Epwell
Hanborough
Heythrop
Kiddington
Mollington
Stadhampton
Wroxton
Any submissions regarding these new road names should be made using the below form and received by Council no later than Thursday 22 June 2023.
