Public Notice of Proposed Licence and Sub-Licence to occupy Macquarie Road Reserve
In accordance with Section 47A of the Local Government Act (1993), Campbelltown City Council proposes to enter into a Licence and Sub-Licence agreement for occupation of community land known as Macquarie Road Reserve, Macquarie Fields (Part Lot 62 DP 532631 and Part Lot 63 DP 532631), as shown on the diagram below.
The proposed Licence will be between Campbelltown City Council and the Macquarie Fields Men’s Shed. The licence will be for a period of 5 years. The purpose for which the land will be used is for the operation of a Men’s Shed.
