Public Notice of Proposed Licence and Sub-Licence to occupy Bob Prenter Reserve

In accordance with Section 47 of the Local Government Act (1993), Campbelltown City Council proposes to enter into a Licence and Sub-Licence agreement for occupation of community land known as Bob Prenter Reserve, Macquarie Fields (Lot 2 DP 391765, Lot 31 DP 557150, Part Lot 32 DP557150, part Lot 1 DP211737 and Part Lot B DP 397858), as shown on the diagram below.

The proposed Licence and Sub-Licence agreements will be between Campbelltown City Council, the South West Sydney Australian Football Club and the New South Wales Gaelic Athletic Association. The licence will be for an initial period until 30 September 2025, with a further option of 10 years. The purpose for which the land will be used is for sporting and associated activities.
