Outcome of Public Exhibition and Public Hearing

Council, at its meeting on 12 December 2023 endorsed the Planning Proposal which seeks to reclassify part of Kanbyugal Reserve, Campbelltown from Community land to Operational land, rezone the partly reclassified land from RE1 – Public Recreation to E4 – General Industrial, introduce a maximum building height of 19m and a minimum lot size of 4,000 m2 under the Campbelltown Local Environmental Plan 2015.

Council will now forward the Planning Proposal to the Minister for Planning and Public Spaces and request that the Planning Proposal be made.

All those who made a formal submission on this Planning Proposal, will be notified of Council’s decision.
