Consultation has concluded

Council is seeking public comment on a planning proposal, draft site specific development control plan and associated documents for 158 Queen Street, 1 Carberry Lane and 3 and 11 Cordeaux Street, Campbelltown.

The primary objective of the Planning Proposal is to amend the Campbelltown Local Environmental Plan (LEP) 2015 to increase the maximum height of buildings from 32m to 45m for 158 Queen Street and 32m to 85m for 1 Carberry Lane and 3 and 11 Cordeaux Street, Campbelltown. The planning proposal also seeks to include a maximum floor space ratio (FSR) of 3.2:1 for the 158 Queen Street and 7.2:1 for the rest of the site as CLEP 2015 does not currently incorporate FSR controls for this land.

In relation to this planning proposal, Council has not been authorised to act as the local plan-making authority.
