Notice is given that Council will consider the renewal of a five year licence agreement for a small portion of land, being part Lot 50 DP 845826 Parkholme Circuit, Englorie Park.
Pursuant to Section 47A and 47 of the Local Government Act 1993, notice is given that Council will consider the renewal of a five year licence agreement for a small portion of land, being part Lot 50 DP 845826 Parkholme Circuit, Englorie Park to Morgan Australia Pty Ltd. The land will be used for the purposes of conducting children’s playground activities in conjunction with an existing child care centre.
Written submissions are invited from any interested parties on the proposal until 15 September 2022. Please submit any proposals to leasing@campbelltown.nsw.gov.au.
