Expression of Interest Process – Occupation of Maxwell Creek Oval, Bardia
Campbelltown City Council invites Expressions of Interest from sporting groups to occupy Maxwell Creek Playing Fields, located at Borneo Street, Barida.
It is a mandatory requirement of the EOI process that respondents:
Are an incorporated entity or can demonstrate that work to establish an incorporated entity has substantially commenced.
Hold (or can hold) $20M public liability insurance.
Agree to Council’s Hire of Playing Fields Policy and
Have no outstanding accounts payable to Council.
As detailed in the EOI, respondents will be required to:
Describe the club’s ability to provide a range of recreational opportunities to the local community.
Provide information about the proposed usage of Maxwell Creek Oval, including estimated growth over the club’s first five years of operation.
Affiliate with the State and/or District Sporting Association (or address why this will not occur).
Provide relevant evidence of planning undertaken to ensure that the club has planned for effective operation.
