Macquarie Fields Splash Park - Upgrade

PHASE TWO -   CONSTRUCTION   

In July 2025, Campbelltown City Council opened a consultation for the 'Macquarie Fields Splash Park - Upgrade', where we invited you to view the concept designs and tell us what you think. 

We're happy to report that thanks to our community, over 420 people engaged with this consultation, influencing the final design.

Campbelltown City Council will be commencing construction in March 2026.

PHASE ONE - COMPLETE

Macquarie Fields Splash Park is being upgraded with a brand-new design and modern equipment. 

   We invite you to share your feedback with us   

Here’s some of what’s coming:

• Brand new, modern equipment

• A multi-age, inclusive design

• Shade structures for sun protection

• Seating and viewing areas

• Accessibility for children with disabilities

• Non-slip surfaces for added safety

• An upgraded filtration system and other major repairs

• Durable, high-quality materials

• Compliance with relevant legislation and planning guideline

All other existing facilities and amenities will remain open during the upgrade.
