Glenfield Industrial Precinct Planning Proposal - Pre public consultation
Consultation has concluded
Preliminary Public Consultation of a Planning Proposal request to amend the Campbelltown Local Environmental Plan 2015 and the Liverpool Local Environmental Plan 2008 at 2 Cambridge Avenue, Glenfield (Glenfield Waste Site)
Campbelltown City Council and Liverpool City Council are in receipt of a Planning Proposal to amend the Campbelltown Local Environmental Plan 2015 (CLEP2015) and the Liverpool Local Environmental Plan 2008 (LLEP2008).
The Planning Proposal apply to the site known as 2 Cambridge Avenue, Glenfield (Lot 15-18 DP 1256895, Lot 51 DP 515696, Lot 52 DP 517310, Lot 11-14 DP 1256895 and Lot 3 DP 735525) which falls within the local government areas of both councils.

The changes to the Campbelltown LEP2015 are proposed below:
- Rezone the part of the site which is currently zoned RU2 Rural Landscape to E4 General Industrial.
- Amend the maximum height of building (HOB) control applicable to the site from the part currently 8.5 meter to 19 metres, the part currently 19 metres to part 30 metres.
The changes to the Liverpool LEP2008 are proposed below:
- Rezone the site from RE1 Public Recreation to E4 General Industrial
- Implement a maximum permitted Height of Buildings (HOB) development standard from no development standard to 30 metres
The above changes are to facilitate the development of an industrial precinct at the site.
