We are hoping to hold some new Farmer's Markets from September this year and so we're seeking expressions of interest from stallholders that locally grow fresh produce, or create products from local ingredients.

Our areas of interest include, but are not limited to;

  • Locally grown fruit, vegetables and herbs
  • Locally grown and produced meat and poultry
  • Honey
  • Jams, pickles, relishes, marinades, sauces
  • Dried fruits, muesli, healthy treats
  • Spices
  • Fresh flowers
  • Cultural foods
  • Sweets, breads and gourmet cakes

We are also seeking interest from local artisans with unique handmade goods that would complement the produce market.

As part of the On Q project we are testing and trialling new ideas in our City Centre. Our Community have consistently given feedback that they would love to see more markets in our city. We will trial a City Centre Farmer’s Market ‘Fresh n Local on Q’ on the third Sunday of the month from September to December.

The Farmer’s Market will be located in Lithgow Street opposite Glenalvon House and Lithgow Street Mall with approximately 15 stalls. Lithgow Street will be closed from Carberry lane to Anzac lane to facilitate the market location.

The pop-up markets will provide an opportunity for Campbelltown residents to shop local, discover local produce and draw people into the city centre.

The Farmer’s Market trial dates and times are:

  • Sunday September 19 2021, 9.00am-1.00pm
  • Sunday October 17 2021, 9.00am-1.00pm
  • Sunday November 21 2021, 9.00am-1.00pm
  • Sunday December 19 2021, 9.00am-1.00pm

There is no fee to be a stallholder at the markets during the trial period shown above, however if the farmer’s market extends beyond the trial a stallholder fee will apply to future market dates. This trial is subject to the Covid restrictions in place at the time of each market.

Please read the below terms and conditions of the application and fill in all required fields in this expression of interest and submit by Thursday 12 August 2021.
