Consultation has concluded

Proposed amendment of Campbelltown Local Environmental Plan 2015 to permit certain signage as exempt development on Council sports fields and road side bus shelters.

We are publicly exhibiting the above mentioned Planning Proposal to amend Campbelltown Local Environmental Plan 2015 (CLEP 2015) with the objective to permit common forms of small scale advertising signs to be erected on road side bus shelters and Council owned sports fields without development consent.

We have been authorised to act as the planning proposal authority for the receipt of submissions on this proposal and have been provided conditional delegation for making the proposed amendment to CLEP 2015.

A copy of the planning proposal and associated information is on public exhibition from Monday 17 January 2022 until Monday 14 February 2022.
