We are seeking expressions of interest from local dessert mobile food trucks serving only desserts for ‘pop ups’ On Q on three Friday nights in December 2023.
Activation Details:
Friday 8 December 2023 / 5.00pm - 9.00pm
Friday 15 December 2023 / 5.00pm - 9.00pm
Friday 22 December 2023 / 5.00pm - 9.00pm
Dessert trucks will accompany the weekly Christmas pop ups featuring live Christmas music, free Christmas face painting and our Christmas light installation which will be in place in the Campbelltown CBD at Forum Q (corner of Lithgow Street & Queen Street) throughout December.
How to get involved
Please read the below terms and conditions of the application and fill in all required fields in this expression of interest. Last date to submit dessert truck applications will be Friday 10 November 2023.

Expression of Interest Terms & Conditions
To have your mobile dessert truck included, the below terms and conditions apply. If selected for one of the dates:
Your business must be registered with Campbelltown City Council/willing to provide necessary documentation and go through approval processes.
Priority places will be given to businesses that reside in Campbelltown local government area. Outside the area will be accepted only if places remain after this priority
You must have dessert options only
You must consent to operating independently between the hours listed on this application (without Council presence)
You must consent to Campbelltown City Council promoting your presence online and in print via our website, social media and printed communications.
