Public Exhibition – Draft Delivery Program 2022-2026 and Operational Plan 2023-2024

We have reviewed our 4-year Delivery Program and Long-Term Financial Plan and are seeking your feedback on these documents, as well as our draft Operational Plan 2023-24 and Fees and Charges 2023-24.
The Delivery Program 2022-26 and Operational Plan 2023-24 outlines our 4-year program and detailed annual plan of actions, programs and projects, alongside our annual budget. This single, combined document addresses the Community Strategic Plan (CSP) – Campbelltown 2032 - and guides our contribution to the achievement of its vision and outcomes.
Over the next 12 months, some of our plans include progressing:
- City-wide upgrades to enhance the quality and accessibility of community infrastructure, open spaces, and community corridors across Campbelltown
- New regional facilities, including opening the Campbelltown Billabong Parklands
- Major community and cultural events to meet the needs of our diverse and multicultural community
- Revitalisation of our city centres, as unique lively places for business, social, event and leisure activities
- Enhancing Natural Waterways and Green Spaces, ensuring growth across the LGA is sustainable
- Our Customer Experience Program to enhance our customer experience for everyone inside and outside our organisation
The Long-Term Financial Plan 2023-33 is our rolling 10-year plan that details our approach to financial management ensuring we have sufficient funding to deliver commitments into the future.
Council provides a wide range of services to the community and has adopted a number of fees and charges for these services, detailed in the Fees and Charges 2023-24.
WestInvest Funding
Our Delivery Program 2022-26 and Operational Plan 2023-24 includes a range of projects funded through the NSW Government WestInvest program. Council has received a total of $171.6 million funding to deliver 19 projects over the next 4 years, and nine of these projects will commence in 2023-24. These projects are detailed in this Operational Plan.
