Consultation has concluded
We are seeking expressions of interest from local restaurants and eateries to participate in some of our The Festival of Place - Open Streets programs between February and May 2022 by offering a meal special or mobile trading on key event dates. There will be two locations, Ingleburn CBD and Campbelltown CBD.
Additionally we are seeking expressions of interest from local dessert mobile food trucks serving only desserts to trade at specified events.
Sweet Street Ingleburn- Friday 11 February 2022/ 5:00pm - 9:00pm
Sweet Street Ingleburn- Friday 13 May 2022/ 5:00pm - 9:00pm
The meal specials and dessert trucks will complement the stylised event space, live music and entertainment at each event.

Please read the below terms and conditions of the application and fill in all required fields in this expression of interest. Apllications will close on Sunday 16 January 2022.

Terms & Conditions
To participate and have your meal special or mobile dessert truck included, the below terms and conditions apply.
For meal specials:
Your business must be classified as a restaurant, café or business with the primary purpose of providing a food service
Your business must be located within the Queen Street precinct (between Broughton and Allman Street, Campbelltown) OR within the Ingleburn CBD (surrounding Oxford Road).
Your business must be open between the hours of 5.00pm and 9.00pm on the dates specified
You must be willing to offer a meal special (can include meal and drink) during the allocated time and dates
Your nominated meal special must be within one of the below categories and be equal to the costs below:
Special for one person: $10.00 total
Special for two people: $20.00 total
Special for families: $35.00 total
Your meal special must be a special offer for this occasion only and not usually available
You must consent to having signage outside your business to advertise your special on the night/s (signage will be provided by Campbelltown City Council)
You must consent to Campbelltown City Council promoting the special online and in print via our website, social media and printed communications.
For dessert trucks:
If selected for one of the event dates:
Your business must be registered with Campbelltown City Council/willing to provide necessary documentation and go through approval processes
Priority allocation will be given to businesses that reside within Campbelltown local government area, Council will accept businesses outside the LGA if local submissions are insufficient or do not meet criteria
You must have dessert options only
You must consent to operating independently between the hours of 5pm-9pm
You must consent to Campbelltown City Council promoting your presence online and in print via our website, social media and printed communications.
