Mayor George Greiss invited the community to attend a series of forums to hear what’s ahead for our city and to share what they love about Campbelltown and their ideas for the future.
We wanted to explore:
Our approach to community engagement
What we’re doing for our enriched natural environment
Our places for people
The economic prosperity of our city.
Community members could talk individually with our Mayor, General Manager, Directors and other senior staff who were in attendance, to directly address issues that may be affecting them. They could also add their ideas to our topic consultation boards so that feedback could be collated.

Longer meeting times needed with the Mayor
Our key focus has been delivering on projects to benefit our community.
We have heard important insights through engaging with our community and understanding how this could help shape the future of our city.
We have heard loud and clear that our community want to see action. As a city, we are proud and want to continue to deliver programs that benefit and meet the needs of our people.
Next Steps
Mayor George Greiss will be considering programming an ongoing schedule of meeting times for the community to book in and have a one-one-one- discussion with him during 2024.
Comments and ideas captured at the community forums will assist with our next Delivery and Operational Plan.
