Consultation has concluded

As we continue to explore and test new ideas for longer lasting improvements to our local streets, paths and public spaces, we are seeking your direct engagement and feedback. We want to know about your perceptions and experiences of our newly developed shared public spaces.

About

Citizen Science on Q is a fun project aimed to engage our community in evaluating the impacts of the On Q project. We want you to contribute to the ongoing improvements and tell us how and why you feel connected to our city centre.

Citizen Science on Q uses a citizen science approach, where community members play an active role in gathering and making sense of data, documenting and evaluating why and how spaces are used.

Campbelltown City Council, South Western Sydney Local Health District Health Promotion Service and The University of Sydney are working together to understand how people use the public spaces in our city centre.

What will I do if I take part?

There are two opportunities to provide feedback. All participants will complete a survey, share photos and answer short questions about how they feel, use and experience our city centre.

Employees of businesses in our city centre have the opportunity to share their feedback through a series of data collection outings and community workshops, over a 12 month period.

Community members and visitors who use the city centre can tell us how they feel and think about changes in our city centre through a short 5 minute survey.
