We are seeking expressions of interest from stallholders that sell bespoke, unique & artisan products with a preference on handmade goods to participate in our series of pop-up Christmas markets in December 2020.

The pop-up markets will provide an opportunity for Campbelltown residents and workers to shop local for Christmas and will be held at Lithgow Street Mall in Campbelltown city centre on the below dates and times:

  • Thursday December 3 2020, 11.00am-2.00pm
  • Thursday December 10 2020, 11.00am-2.00pm
  • Thursday December 17 2020, 11.00am-2.00pm
  • Thursday December 17 2020, 5:00pm-9:00pm

There is no fee to be a stallholder at these markets.

Please read the below terms and conditions of the application and fill in all required fields in this expression of interest and submit by Monday 9 November 2020.

To be considered as a stallholder the following terms and conditions apply:

  • Strong preference will be given to businesses based in the Campbelltown Local Government Area
  • Applicants must be a home-based business and not be operating from a retail or commercial shopfront/space
  • Applicants must have all relevant permits/licenses to operate your business (if applicable)
  • Applicants must be able to utilise your stall during the event without requiring power or any electrical wiring/cables
  • Applicants are required to supply their own 3m x 3m gazebo with appropriate weights, own tables and other relevant stall equipment
  • Applicants are required to assist in the promotion of the event through your social networks
  • Applicants must be available for at least one of the above dates and commit to having their stall open for the duration disclosed with up to 1 hour set up and pack up at either side of these operating hours
  • Applicants remain responsible for their own parking of vehicles during the markets and will be required to walk on all equipment/stall items. No vehicles will be allowed to park on site.
