Competition Terms & Conditions

1. Entries to the Community Travel Survey competition must be submitted by entering your name and preferred contact method at the end of the survey.
2. Participants must be registered on overtoyou.campbelltown.nsw.gov.au using a valid email address.
3. To be eligible to win, entrants need to be aged 16 and above and either live or work in the Campbelltown Local Government Area. Proof of address or employment will be required to claim the prize.
4. Survey and competition entries will only be accepted between Saturday 4 December 2021 and Sunday 6 March 2022. 
5. Only one entry per person is permitted by any one person or business. Any person found to have registered multiple accounts to enter will be ineligible to win.
6. Entries will go into a random draw at the completion of the competition to win the $1000 gift voucher from ABC Bikes Campbelltown.
7. The winner will be drawn and contacted in the week following February 14 2022 to verify identity, then announced on our media channels once this has occurred.
8. By entering this competition participants consent to being photographed receiving the voucher, and later the redeemed goods which will be shared on Council's social media, website and other promotional materials.
9. Council staff or immediate family members of the project team are not eligible to win the gift voucher, however can participate in this survey.
10. All decisions made regarding winners are final. 
11. Council is not responsible for any incidents that may take place as a result of or in conjunction with this competition and personal, property and environmental safety is the responsibility of the entrants. This includes following the NSW Government's current COVID19 restrictions.

12. The $1000 voucher is not redeemable for cash, cannot be sold and is only redeemable by the named recipient of the prize.
13. The voucher can be used in one transaction or multiple visits.
14. The voucher must be spent in store at ABC Bikes, Blaxland Rd Campbelltown, and cannot be used online.
15. The voucher has a 12 month expiry date from the date received in store.
16. Items purchased with the voucher cannot be refunded.
