Consultation has concluded
We are seeking expressions of interest from restaurants and eateries located within the Queen Street precinct to participate in an On Q event by offering a meal special for the evening.
The evening will focus on showcasing popular dishes and the diverse range of food offerings within Queen Street and surrounds and be accompanied by entertainment and a pop up public eatery space.
Event Details
Date: Saturday 29 May 2021
Time: 5.00pm - 9.00pm
Event will include:
A printed ‘food guide’ with a map and signage showcasing the meal specials available from participating restaurants and eateries within the Queen Street precinct.
An outdoor pop up public eatery space with additional café style seating throughout Lithgow Street Mall (corner of Lithgow Street and Queen Street)
A schedule of street performances showcasing a diverse range of cultural practices and activities at Lithgow Street Mall
This activation is part of our On Q project which is proudly funded by the NSW Government’s Streets as Shared Spaces Program.

Please read the below terms and conditions of the application and fill in all required fields in this expression of interest and submit by 8.00am Friday 21 May 2021.

Expression of Interest Terms & Conditions
To participate and have your meal special included, the below terms and conditions apply:
Your business must be classified as a restaurant, café or business with the primary purpose of providing food service
Your business must be located within the Queen Street precinct ( between Railway Street and Allman Street, Campbelltown)
Your business must be open between the hours of 5.00pm and 9.00pm on Saturday 20 March 2021
You must be willing to offer a meal special (can include meal and drink) during the allocated time and date.
Your nominated meal special must be within one of the below categories and be equal to the costs below:
Special for one person: $10.00 total
Special for two people: $20.00 total
Special for families: $35.00 total
Your meal special must only be available for takeaway orders
Your meal special must be a special offer for this occasion only and not usually available
You must consent to having signage outside your business to advertise your special on the night (signage will be provided by Campbelltown City Council)
You must consent to Campbelltown City Council promoting the special online and in print via our website, social media and printed communications.
